Significant cost increases are coming between now and the local elections — council tax, water, TV licence, phone, and internet — and that’s not even considering the effects of the ongoing war. Furthermore, it focuses attention on an area where the Greens have popular policies exactly when — for the first time — the Greens have a real chance of gaining multiple London councils from Labour.

It has such strong "America is already great" energy.

But yeah, maybe telling people that their struggles aren't real is a winning political strategy. I don't know. I'm not a political wizard like the Prince of Darkness.
