Hojat is a huge fan of ours. Always ready to volunteer, he brings a high-vibration energy to our kitchen. A true master of the knife—few can chop onions like him, achieving a level of fineness that knows no bounds. He tears up while doing it, but he keeps it discreet.
Outside the kitchen, he’s interested in Human Design, so don’t be surprised if, right after meeting you, he asks for your date and place of birth—only to follow up with a heap of compliments.
What pleases me most is that Hojat is a vegan and is becoming an animal rights activist. For him, "energy" is the keyword—and green energy is powerful!
