I think his intention with the next one is to make it shorter (eliminate the section in the middle) since it doesn't need to be as long as it is.

I think his intention with the next one is to make it shorter (eliminate the section in the middle) since it doesn’t need to be as long as it is. So the final one will likely take up significantly less space.
It also definitely needs to have gentler curves so the veggies can be pushed through easier.
