@n_dimension The 10A line is being reduced to 6A (1,4 kW) because that is probably the sustained rating - if you were to draw the full 10A for hours on end, your outlet would start to smell funny (and yes, been there, done that). Yes, pulling 10A or even 16A from a 32A stove line would not be critical as long as you don't add an extension cord to the mix AND are pulling the electricity through a plug that is rated for 16A sustained. Oh, and don't run the stove at the same time, of course.Whether it is legal or not I don't know.
