Infinitely casting an ability

Made another druid for the first time in a while and when I cast Regrowth it will constantly cast the spell even when I don’t have it on my bars anywhere and I don’t know why… It has happened on other classes too… The only one I can think of is fire blast on my name but that hasn’t happened in a while… Do I have a setting enabled to continually cast the same spell?? I’ve gone through my settings, disabled all add-ons, and removed all macros to no avail… I’ve also tried mashing all of my keys on my keyboard and mouse to try and unstick any keys but that also did nothing
