Ok, I admit I’m dumb, but can someone explain to me how these smart glasses can be used for perving? It’s not like they are x-ray or something?

The article is paywalled, but I’d guess recording people without consent can quite often be pervy. On the beach, in a club, at the gym, fucking etc.
