@daniel yea, I run a local copy of opam repository (OCaml source software packages) including a cache for source archives. The repository definition is hosted on GitHub and *a lot* of the archives as well. I find myself blocked from GitHub from time to time presumably due to too many requests (ironic considering how hard they try to push copilot). Thankfully I don't get blocked in the browser or ssh so it's not worse than my local copy being a few days behind.
