Fifty-something, my world is small. I have my family and my dog. I grow vegetables, I swim, I try to eat well, sleep well, and move well, and generally stay alive. I love music, it's significantly helped in terms of making it through a fairly difficult life with a variety of recently diagnosed emotional and neurological conditions.
