Work In Progress Mk. III

Also/formerly known as Shoe Bill.  I had technical difficulties on my last instance, and decided to simply register another silly domain that also ends in .ch, and migrate and otherwise start over.  So that's what I did.

I'm the only one here; this is self-hosted.
