Clownish free-market experiments in Nacka where I live.
1. All six public libraries are run by the municipality as is usual.
2. Half of them (A) get handed over to a staff co-op. Years pass.
3. Municipality takes back A at the same time as they hand the other half, B, over to another staff-owned company.
