@devxvda ... and yet he'll be even more apoplectically angry if he doesn't win the Nobel prize next time and will, once again, blame the Norwegian government for not awarding it to him. He just assumes the whole world works the way he works (or doesn't). In his mind there are no longer any independent agencies or committees in America - they do what he tells them to do, or they are threatened/fired/blackmailed. @devxvda This framing is fine but you also need to mention who they are taking oil away from, most of Iran and Venezuela's oil goes to China. Strategically that is who they see as their biggest enemy and they are planning on winning a nuclear war against them.
