@maxleibman@beige.party I'll go further than that. There should not be an entire industry based upon standing in between the doctor and the patient with your hand out, taking a share of the money.

There's all kinds of radical leftist positions that billionaires want eradicated.
1. Immigrants are people with rights under the constitution
2. Women have Civil Rights to independent autonomy, agency, & self-direction
3. Black & brown voters have a right to vote freely
4. Migrants deserve better treatment & pay
5. All human beings deserve dignity
6. People are not property
7. People deserve clean air & water
8. Democracy should survive & thrive
9. People deserve safety, peace -

"Universal single-payer healthcare is a problem so difficult and intractable that only 32 of the world's 33 industrialized nations have been able to make it work."@zakalwe @maxleibman In fact, we need some general principles for battling man-in-the-middle exploitation - to be sure there's lots of legitimate & necessary middlemen, e.g. the supply chain between manufacturers & consumers, but we need to A. prioritize & B. be able to identify & C. have regulations for, including laws for penalizing & eliminating, exploitative middlemen.
They are one of the scourges of the Digital Age
️ & so far we're doing absolutely diddly about it.
