Oh, I watched all the episodes of The Time Tunnel. Especially the one with the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.
When the attack happened, my father was a little boy living on Hilo, the island next door to Pearl Harbor.

The one episode I recall involved a crew of pirates invading the control room from the past.
@StefanEJones @nyrath @foone @DenOfEarth I watched them all too as tyke. Only later did I realize they only ended up where there was stock footage from the studio’s historical movies!

Incidentally I can't remember where I read it, but someone was remembering walking down the CERN tunnel and the host made that same joke, pointing in every direction.@DenOfEarth Well that might have been me, but it was the accelerator in Brookhaven, on Long Island!
He and a bunch of SF authors, guest of the campus sci-fi convention, were on tour.

Internet Archive seems to have all the episodes and didn't have problems with a few spot checks.
