What I'm asking is what do we want that government to do. Universal health care? Universal income, a safety net controlled by people and not machines or really inhumane T/Billionaires. One thing I've learned is that Government and Business are 2 different things. Businessmen can't work in Government The same as Government workers can't work in business. Peace

There are five powers to separate and balance: Legislature, Executive, Judiciary, Wealth, and Information. And there is a sixth power underlying all – the will of the populus.

Founding Fathers knew three of above from – then recent – The Spirit of Law by Montesquieu. They had a scraps of knowledge about the Polish democracy – then dying by corruption after almost 300 years of prosperity. They knew the, Plato, Arostitele, Polibius. They knew how the Roman Imperium had fallen. Knowing all this they made the Republic and handed it to "We, the people". With a warning: "If you can keep it".
