Cherry blossom at night. The smell seemed even more intense in the dark.
Edit: I'm now thinking this could have actually been a Judas tree (Cercis siliquastrum)? These flowers did give off a nice little smell and I think flowering cherries don't really have any?

I found another Judas tree, this time in daylight.
Kudos to the little snail who made it all the way up onto that branch!

I went to the forest and found some dainty flowers.

Today I came by a wheat field that was speckled with ever so many poppies. It looked stunning.
Thousands of blood drops in the greenest ocean there ever was.
I tried taking photos that would do it justice. I failed. I nevertheless want to show you two of the pictures that I snapped.
But you have to believe me that the actual thing was really so much prettier.

I took a long train ride towards the south and had a very nice long weekend at a place with different kinds of flowers than here.

It's Autumn now, but I still have some summer fotos of mallows I haven't added to this thread yet. So I'm just sharing them now because why not.
