@seav I'm a software engineer. Technically I'm managing now.
And I absolutely support this message.
I don't get how software folks don't see the gap between what we make and what the bosses make. Like a company that I worked for that IPOd, the CEO got 1000x what the folks who'd been doing the actual work since the beginning got, and like 10000x what more recent hires like myself got. That ain't right.
