What #linux distro has #KDE with the best "plug and play" user experience?

I am on #kubuntu right now and distro update gui is not there... When I want to unpack a folder in archive using ark, path picking dialog seems to want me to pick a file not a folder where to unpack...

@FoxVK Here is what it looks like in KDE 6.5.5. If I select 'Extract to ..." I can select a folder.

I don't think it differs from distro to distro, and kubuntu should be up to date? I prefer a vanilla KDE, which I get with arch - no branding, no odd configurations 🙂
