My beloved #OP6T broke today - I was charging it, and when I reached for it - dead. As in dead. It has had some ugly sounds from the inside, like something spinning, so I am not very suprised, but too bad anyways! So I look for a replacement, in DK. OP6/OP6T/Fairphone 4/5/Pixel3. Cheap.
Update: I'm considering a Xiamo Redmi 10 PRO, looks like it is reasonably well supported, except for sound. But I could even dual boot with /e/os.
Anyone interested in having it? It may be the battery, loose connections inside, anything.
Meanwhile, dosmer is coming along nicely, almost all the UI functions works by now, still qml only.

@anderslund if you don't need sound currently then would the nothing phone 1 be an extra choice maybe.
I switched to a nothing 1 from a oneplus 6t as mine has a different kind of battery and rejected the replacement which left me to stick to the old one which is now unusable. -

I haven't had the guts to even pull it apart, it feels like the back is glued on...

@anderslund first make sure you have the normal OP not a special collaboration editions.
then just heat up the back glass and carefully lift it up.
after that the battery should be able to be pulled out but be sure to look at the ifixit guide as there you also can get a replacement battery for it. -

@anderslund yeah I hope it's the battery tho. anything else is harder to Diagnose.
but if the phone is charging and getting turned on by you does it show a custom warning screen before booting?
if it not shows that then there is something else broken. -

@anderslund I searched for the Redmi 10 Pro and the result shows that the hardware supports 4G only and it is out of stock over here in Switzerland, anyway.

@grauzone I found a referbed one in DK, for 120 €.
