It should consist of many entities. Ants, fairies, bodiless hands, swifts, mushrooms, a castle full of weird people – could be anything.
And they should be constantly bickering among themselves while also being very thorough, helpful and intelligent – and super smug about it!

@simondev Nice. Thanks for the link. I had the classic DDG with AI turned off (+ublock origin and a AI blocklist), I'll check if this variant is better.

@davidrevoy uhm I guess it's the same. But it is useful if you are using a public computer and want an address that has all ai turned off by default

@davidrevoy Does the machine create the books? o: That's pretty rad! Or maybe they magically poof the books off the shelves. Even if the books themselves are trash.

@davidrevoy honestly, the best long term solution I have for this lateral behavior amongst the companies is to move to a decentralized platform.

@jordan @davidrevoy word of mouth will always be the best publicity. I also like feed agreggators like bubbles.town and powrss.com . But those are more for discovery than search/research.
