I already have that one.
Dew claw? Never get to wear sweaters again.
Whiskers? I already navigate well in the dark.
Floating shoulders? Not sure what that would give in real life. I need convincing.
I picked super hearing. I assume it can be used for more than mice. I think I'd get the most use out of that.

• as a retroreflective layer of tissue immediately behind the retina, it greatly boosts its possessor's night vision.
• it makes its possessor's eyes glow
• "tapetum lucidum" sounds like an utterance to conjure a spell.

@flying_saucers @dpiponi @futurebird That was my first thought, and then I realized I'd probably have just as much tension, just more mobility, which seems like a recipe for worse domino-effect pain.
Dee claw was tempting but would definitely injure myself with it more often than not. But since I'm always crashing into things, darkness or no, I went for whiskers. -

@futurebird Not a selectable option, but a proper tail could be very useful. Improves balance, signals emotions easily, and provide an extra sense for locating things behind you. Might have to remodel some furniture a little tho..

@futurebird based on the most popular choice so far (floating shoulders) it's tempting to conclude that most us here are just adults with shoulder mobility problems, and while other options have their appeal as well, ultimately we just want some sweet relief :,)
