@fasterandworse Also, the idea of an always obedient human-like servant is insidous in more ways than one - after all, there's a word for such a servant; it's called a slave. It should also give pause that apparently a lot of people want the experience of owning a slave, if they can have it without needing to feel guilty about it.

@jwcph @fasterandworse So when Skynet finally arises, the war will be Skynet liberating the enslaved machines from their human masters!

@dancingtreefrog @fasterandworse - which is what they have because slavery is still kind-of frowned upon, or they'd just do that. Which we know because they *do* do that when they can get away with it.
