And of course no tech company will be held responsible. 1.5 million is a drop in the bucket for Google; they'll pay this and write it off as the cost of business. I can’t imagine there will be a court outcome that actually affects their business model.

You should see what else the silly thing lies about. It basically will tell you that accounts on mastodon are attributed to famous people. If you refute, it will insist convincingly.

It's like a machine that will automatically lie to you.
