Any good introductions to building electronics out there

Any good introductions to building electronics out there?
Ive started playing with a esp32, and while my project ideas are super simple, my electronics classes were many years ago and I have a bit of trouble remembering when to use which components, all the math etc. (But I havent blown anything up yet, kinda proud of that!)
