@w7voa I said this when streaming consolidation started: Every single media house is very efficiently shrinking their audience, compared to the "broadcast + theaters" model they hate so much.
Thad model had a functional addressable audience of "everyone" - no vendor lock-in platform is going to match that.
Having lost the YT audience, Disney will now have to raise the prices on their platform for either viewers, 3rd parties (which I assume they have; never had Disney+, never will) or both.
