So my very first direct encounter with AI in my professional capacity is an unmitigated disaster & utter waste of several people's time - what isn't outright broken, e.g. links to websites & products that don't exist, is completely outside scope, in a way that would burn our reputation to a crisp if not for my abililty to turn a conversation around on the fly...
it's going to be difficult to keep my mouth shut about this one 🤬
