This "mastery" is possessed by half the average conspiracy theory peddlers, because it's actually pretty simple: The intent to make yourself a hero, plus the abject laziness of not wanting to actually do help anyone or do anything for it if you can avoid it, plus the simple act of filling every vacuum with bullshit without owning it so you can't be confronted.
Literal children do this.
