@mrundkvist @ovelarsen The numbers are hardly surprising, given the fact that women had a hard time getting into or were outright not allowed access to universities, art academies, public positions and parliaments until quite late in history. Even then, men continued to dominate public discourse (and most sculpturers were men, of course) until the 60's.
