More requests, they buy more books.

@timnitGebru Well if you ever get to Ottawa, Ontario, Canada I can make sure you get in front of our tech crowd because a lot of them really need to hear from you. We have some very popular meet ups we can tap into to generate a sizeable crowd.

@timnitGebru okay now that I see the book comes out in Feb 2027 the https://writersfestival.org 2027 Spring Edition would be a great stop for you on any book tour. Usually happens around the end of April.
If you do get into Ottawa for the festival I can also setup something with meetup groups so you can talk to the university students who can’t afford a ticket to the festival.

(My brother and I were just discussing this very topic. We both believe in a better world for everyone, but we think it’s going to be much harder to make that happen with AI. I’ll boycott AI wherever I can, so I’m really curious to hear what you suggest)

@timnitGebru If you can come to Denver, the Tattered Cover does lots of author events. I haven’t been involved in helping set those up in a long time though. If there’s a conflict, I’m sure we can find an alternative venue.
