Now that we’re home, we were able to dig up a provisional leash that surely will last a few days until we can get a heavy-duty one. And I think I’ll institute a policy of replacing it every year for Christmas, because “it’ll last your dog’s whole life” wasn’t measured against Odins
The two days of not being able to use his halter were difficult because he wasn’t getting his usual sensory feedback and wasn’t aware of how much harder he was pulling me around.
