              @cR0w I take This One Vitamin every day, along with a glass of This Breakfast Drink, then I go downstairs and do This 30 Minute Workout That Gets Amazing Results.

                  @cR0w not looking good for me as my doctor once told me I had the lowest vitamin D level she had ever seen (I take a supplement now)

                    @tarix29 My doctor also said I was deficient in the D but thanks to his help, I am now getting plenty of D to make up for it.
