Running and walking. Nowadays I got a chronic back issue and can't run any longer, so walking it is.@jannem ooph capability loss is a tough business. glad to hear you're still bipedal though despite the issue. here's to many many more beautiful and interesting walks

@falcennial. Time is tight, walking. Always feel better after a walk. When time allows, a nice run outside. I have never, ever regretted a run. No matter how I feel at the start.

@falcennial everyday walking, hiking in nature, swimming, DANCING, climbing stairs of beautiful buildings to see the sights. I love to look far and move my body towards the far away thing until I'm ready to turn back and see home as far and then walk towards home. I love calesthenics, little movements that bring balance and alignment and strength, lifting my own body instead of using weights. Bodies are so cool!
