They refuse to acknowledge that they want the use of a woman, but not a relationship or partnership with one.
Such men are confused by GOP messaging that says they are entitled to have this unfair & unequal arrangement with women.

That said, from a division of labor perspective, if one spouse is able to bring in enough money to run the entire house and then some, then it makes sense for the other spouse to focus on the home so that the spouse that makes the money can make as much money as possible. Then again, it doesn't really matter who is the breadwinner and who manages the house so long as it is consensual. it just makes sense that the person who brings in the money should specialize in bringing home as much money as possible to provide for the family.
