Similar, but different locations and different occasions.
I didn't see the Wall of Dads action. I wasn't even in Portland. But I heard about it. It was a stroke of genius. So was the Banana Bloc action. People in Portland really know how to innovate. It's inspiring.

@LevZadov @hackersquirrel @desirable_dialogue yeah a bunch of them including wall of vets I believe used leaf blowers to blow the gas back. Some folks were using lacrosse sticks too to send the canisters flying back, which resulted in giving us gems like this video. People got very creative. Lots of inspiration from HK in pdx 2020 era. Some of the best and most successful phalanx executions that actually worked were directly inspired by Hong Kong tactics

Another tactic that would be interesting is if a line of folks with backpacks would lay them down in front of the ICE line and back away just to watch the paranoia.
