@thesquirrelfish @RickiTarr At least if you're in a major metro US area, it would cost about $20 at FedEx Office (nee Kinko's) for one that would look completely professional.

I'd recommend grabbing a solid 4-color black image, stretch it out to cover the entire page as a background (such as in OpenOffice) then place white text on top of it.
