UK Courts typically take a fairly dim view of this behaviour.

@GossiTheDog #Google can just tell us, even if it’s by accident. What it knows. I wonder if it would disclose the nuclear codes… or other state secrets…

      Ask it about Area 51.

I guess this is what big-data privacy looks like.

@GossiTheDog nice, that will play well with the recent European ruling that Google are liable for the AI output

@GossiTheDog I’ve tried bullying the AI into telling me but it won’t. I’ll have to start looking at foreign press.

The Football Terrace Information Distribution network will be in fine voice this weekend as usual whenever something like this is/isn't in the news ...

@GossiTheDog it's likely to be the England and Wales high court, not the UK high court, and their rulings only apply in those to parts of the UK, not in Scotland or the North

@GossiTheDog thing is though, when it says “Person A” and you say “are you sure it’s not Person B”, it’s just as liable to say “you’re absolutely right” than to stick to its guns

@GossiTheDog seems to not do that now, even from a vpn endpoint in europe.

However it does give a list of related searches such as "itn injuction who is it *** ***" and if that name on the end ive censored isnt the guy (probs is) that must be a whole new lawsuit.
