Autoimmune issues are so fun.

I’m having human emotions ergo it is time for eczema flare up

I am lucky to have some friends who gifted me a capsaicin liniment and that thing makes the itchiness go away before the eczema gets a chance to develop. If I don’t scratch, it eventually calms down and disappears.

The liniment is for pain, but if it works, it works…

@pms It is great for pain but also for things like mosquito bites.
It burns like hell, but hey, while it burns, you don’t itch/hurt
