Here's a protest against the lies idea .
The Dems assign a "Lie #n" card to each present Dem. A card small enough to tuck inside a jacket - you can get it into the chamber, but large enough that the cameras can read itAt the first lie, the person with the Lie number 1 card gets up and exits the chamber. Next lie, next card, and so on until Trump is done, or the last Dem has left. House plus Senate . Because I anticipate that many lies.
