I've been saying "if AI is making you so productive then where is all this great new software" and I guess the answer is the software is out there it's just not great, it's terrible, and nobody is using it

-Consciousness is still heavily discussed, mostly cuz it's ending up on philosophy as hard sciences can't demonstrate anything clearly.
-We can determine some aspects of behavior, not all of them, and we don't know if it's related to randomness or something else entirely.

Oh he just high on his own supply, thought I would jump in and just point to where he stops because he can't keep going because he is out of his depth.

When there is nothing to edit or steal, its more secure
(Like building ford to cross a river not a bridge)@kazord @jargoggles @eniko agree! However one needs to get certain log files (people can then provide if they want) which helps to be able to debug code and understand what is causing issues and to find good solutions.

@ahto I just thought about the part in which he assumed I didn't go into neurology cuz "I couldn't" instead of "I decided it wasn't the path I should follow" and thus "I didn't study shit about it,nor interested myself into it,nor followed the advancements on the field,nor even got somebasic introductory lessons into the field".Once I noticed he just did that, from someone telling him specifically how it goes, that he's completely lost to himself and whatever he has done to the people around him

@ahto it isn't even the first time I see someone using such paternalizing behaviour, it's manipulator 101.
For reals this dude has the profile of someone who can (and probably has) do some very disturbing stuff to people. I had similar mechanisms when I was a "too smart for a teenager" and at some point decided to avoid like the plague. An exfriend of mine who had a similar situation didn't. He's a fascist now. Just like most of the people who do this kind of thing. -

Even the company's creating the AI's say they are more like real brains than lossy compression, why would we doubt that? That it produces implementations that you can google cause they are letter-by-letter the same as training data and that they fail for anything that is not alike it's training data is cause you are just too stupid to understand it.
He's even bad at insulting. And that's the only skill a troll has to have. It's starting to get embarrassing.
