It need not be onerous. Just put down the basic info as you'd describe it to someone over the phone.
I notice however that many people omit the most obvious basic point: What is it? Like, is it a photo or a painting or a chart or socmed post? Before you dive into any detail, just maybe throw in that one word for clarity.
