or
--- Mute me for 24 hours (or a different intervall). This feature of time options is not available on all apps but in the browser version for sure.
It's great because people are unmuted automatically after a certain time.I boost protest posts because protest is important and I want to show solidarity.

@NatureMC Thanks for the info! Not because your reposts bother me, but because of the option to temporarily mute others … which was news to me.

@ojelabii You're welcome. I sometimes like to use it if a debate gets hot but boring, and too many people boost it.

@NatureMC Same , but I always feared, to forget to unmute people afterwards, which is why I seldom used that option in the past.
