AI regulations:
No company can fire an employee using AI replace as the argument.
AI can't be used to generate intentional misinformation or non consensual nudity.
Any AI content should be tagged as such.
Chat bots most disclose it's a bot and can't pose as a human (fe. Support systems)
AI sexual companions are banned.
AI can't commit obvious crimes.
AI can't share other user's data.
AI companies are accountable of any violation the AI makes.
All of these are ALREADY in law in China. Who is getting behind?

#AI #airegultation #llm #regulationInteresting list. Would suggest also:
"AI companies THEIR OWNERS, EXECUTIVES AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS are held PERSONALLY accountable of any violation the AI makes.

The punishment for frequent violations is no longer been able to get gov money, which is a game over for a Chinese executive -

Add to that: If a Human user doesn’t want AI in any way shape or form, there should be an easy way to make that plain, and that request MUST be honoured by all AI providers (and this is the ONLY data they are allowed to share between them). -
