@aristot73 The owner of the glasses has collected some data and "voluntarily" shared it with Meta. Legally, I think it's the same as if they simply posted something to Facebook tagging you as someone they saw. (Note that I'm not a real lawyer; I'm just a genuine fake lawyer.)

I suspect that identification will be a one-way street benefitting Meta.
