No worry, I used to really prefer the word "timelapse" to "speedpaint", because back in my days , I was in a speedpainting group on CGsociety forum (more than 20 years ago). And speedpaint at that time, meant just a painting in a single seating, and usually with no break; so 1h to 2h roughly.

But the young nowadays named timelapse video recording "speedpaint" so I adapted

@davidrevoy it also often uses "The" to form headers that aim to capture attention. "The One Sentence", or whatever.

I recall seeing someone's vibe-coded OS recently, and they tried to dress-up the readme to look not AI-generated, but that prose is just so easy to detect.

@sigseis Yes, the structure, the overall, the way the arguments are delivered is like a music; and I'm sure even non AI user knows this music exactly.

Now, a part of me is also convinced that human being exposed to AI or chatting too long with it will unconsciously starts to speak this way, it will become their vocabulary, their logic and music to speak.

@davidrevoy Ah that’s a great point. Like a challenge where you have some kind of time constraint (from things like 5 mins to like what you brought up 1-2h).
