I can’t promise it never happens, but friends who consume such things have assured me it’s a myth. They aren’t short of customers. And, if they gave out a free first hit then they’d need to track who they’d given samples to, which is generally not something black markets of any form want. Additionally, if each drug dealer gave out free samples, there would be a thriving secondary market of people going around towns getting free samples from all of the dealers and selling them on.

@madengineering @david_chisnall @lethe most of the anti drug discourse is just propaganda. You'll get free cocaïne if you have cool friends. But it's not really a drug worth spending money on. Maybe it's great for neurotypicals but I'd rather spend my money on dissos and psychs which are less addictive and more likely to improve your life when used wisely.
