Matthew Miller now admits “it is certain Israel committed war crimes.”
He then further admits that the State Dept concluded that “Israel had likely committed war crimes.”
When asked why he refused to admit to war crimes as the State Dept spokesperson he said “I was presenting the view of the U.S. Govt, not sharing my personal opinion.”
Someone should tell Miller that “just following orders” was not a valid defense at the Nuremberg trials, and it won’t be for him either.
