This is unsurprising because they never cared about actual children in general or Black babies in particular, but about controlling women and advancing white supremacy.

Meanwhile, the South Korean government, in their attempts to encourage their citizens to have kids are paying for, like, twenty-five IVF attempts per birth (plus other "socialist" things to make having a kid in an expensive economy more "doable" for younger couples). -
