Microsoft is giving system administrators the ability to remove Copilot from some builds and editions of Windows 11, but only with a bunch of ridiculous requirements and limitations. End users don't even get that much.
When you use a Microsoft operating system, you're only allowed to do things Microsoft chooses to permit. It's not your computer, it is their computer. They treat the user as a hostile influence they must control.
There are other operating systems available that respect the user.
