Last month, dozens of community members were alerted to a raid at a warehouse in St. Paul.

Agents used pepper balls, OC canisters and pepper spray on the crowd as they tried to clear a path for a convoy of their vehicles, some of which carried detained migrants, to leave the area. The crowd quickly grew into several hundred people by the time federal agents left the area.
