What's interesting is the eo, which obviously trump never read, shouldn't be in effect yet.It instructs a lot of people to take steps, fairly rapidly (within 30 days), but then people kept to obey what he said, -not- what he signed, which skips...a lot of the important things.
This is leaving aside the legality, of course!
