Yes, there are things called "search operators" which let you narrow your searches. I've done a list of them in the guide at https://fedi.tips/how-do-i-search-for-stuff-on-mastodon

If you just want to search your own posts, include the phrase from:me in your search.

If you just want to search posts you've interacted with, include the phrase in:library
